Where is my data stored?
Clinic data is kept on servers hosted in a data centre in Turkey (Natro). Each clinic’s data is separate and accessible only to that clinic’s authorised users. The database is backed up every day, and backups are kept for 14 days.How do I switch from my current software?
Your patient and appointment lists are imported from an Excel or CSV file: you paste the data, map the columns, run a test import first and then the real import. If your software exports data in another format, we will look at it together in the demo call.How many users can I add?
Plans have no user limit. You create separate users for dentists, assistants, reception and accounting, and give each of them permissions through roles and permission groups.Does it support multiple branches?
Yes. Branches are managed from one account; users can be assigned to a branch, reports can be broken down by branch, and stock requests between branches are recorded.Does it work on mobile?
Klinikra runs in the browser; the panel can also be used on phones and tablets. There is no separate mobile app. Patients see their appointments, treatments and payments in the patient portal from their phone’s browser.Is there a minimum contract term?
The subscription renews monthly. If you decide to leave, you can download a complete handover package of your data from the panel yourself.Is a website for my clinic included?
Yes, it is included in every plan. The site is managed from the panel, works in Turkish and English, and is published under your clinic’s own domain.Do you train my team?
Yes. During setup, the dentists, reception and management teams are trained on their own screens. The panel includes a user guide and release notes; later questions are sent through the Support section in the panel.
